My personal opinion for the axe and the builds i proposed:
1) The power build is amazing how it is made, I totally love the cleave ability. I am using it in every openworld content and solved the problem that pistols had. I suggest it 100%.

== POWER OPENWORLD BUILD ==
~10k AOE dmg & high lifesteal
Armor/Trinkets/Weapons: Berserker (+ 1 accessory Assassin)
Runes: Scholars
Sigils: Blood/Force
Relic: Thief
Traits:
- Trickery 3-1-1 (weaponswap for initiative important)
- Critical strikes 3-2-3
- Deadeye 1-3-1

2) My original condition build is with SUPERIOR RUNE OF THORNS and SUPERIOR SIGIL OF DEMONS instead of the rune trapper & sigil doom. This works better for openworld than the current build that i used in video. Although, the condition axe deadeye has amazing potential to be played in groups comparing to power axe, so i decided to put the meta build for a first time, since difference was 1,5k less dps but can be flexible from players to use it in group content as well.

THIS VARIANT IS NOT THE BEST OPENWORLD BUT CAN BE PLAYED EITHER OPENWORLD EITHER IN GROUP CONTENT.
INDEED IT IS PREFERRED FOR THE FLEXIBILITY.
