Ok i can say that this build is very creative, is about creating something from nothing.
Using the skill 3 that has only 1 bleed that shouldn't be important, but cause of the stealth you have access to the 6 venoms from shadow arts and the stealth attack of skill 1. Adding those together are more damage than the skill 2. The other two traitlines are creating conditions as well and maximize their damage.
The earth sigil is adding extra bleeding as well, and the relic of blight offers a LOT AOE poison every 8 seconds.
