Jumping off from both the outside and the inside part of Rata Sum. However long it feels, they are actually rather short even the inside part from the council level. From the outside part, it's bit tricky, since there are several other spots that could be slightly higher level on the edge, but this is the highest I'm possible to reach myself and I don't count sliding as fall. The inside is pretty straight away, council level down to the middle bottom level.
