for the achievemnt you need to do the dragon arena at level 3 or higher and kill the saltspray dragon.
Dragon Arena (Private) is an alternate version of the instance for 5 players, with additional difficulty settings and the following differences in rules:
Player characters not standing inside the ice rink will suffer from
Out of Bounds Penalty (10s) every 6 seconds.
Each Champion Hologram beginning from the first will gain an additional stack of Energized Hologram. Each stack increases health and damage output.
At 6 stacks of Energized Hologram and above, Champion Holograms also gain Holographic Strain, an effect that pulses unavoidable damage to all foes every 3 seconds. The damage scales with Energized Hologram stacks, up to around 1,000 per tick at 10 stacks.
