Another retarded build I'm playing around with, it's pretty funny. Some clips bugged out again because of codecs, idk wtf is going on.

Armor, weapons and jewelry is dire, but rabid works as well. Apothecary and settlers might also work. On my shield I have the +5% all condition duration rune. Foods I use are the lvl 60 crystal consumable for condition damage and Koi Cake for +40% condition duration.
