I don't WvW all that much, but when I do, this is one of the builds that I like to run.
A friend of mine, good ol' Boots already posted a video of this build with his commentary. I've changed it slightly since the Sky Pirate patch, but you can still watch his video right here:

Like we both explain, the main point of the build is to dash in to fights, do as much damage as you can and then escape. You can reset fights pretty much at will, so pick your opportunities and get killin'.
