I think I made around 2000-3000 gold in 1 year by doing casual gathering and crafting. But if I were to put my mind to it only, I would make more! However, I prefer doing different things to enjoy the game better. Just crarfing or gathering can become redundant for many thus.. boring.

So it's better if you find out what you love the most out of this game before figuring out what is the best way to make gold.

Since the best way is the "most fun" way to enjoy this game that will bring you more GOLD at the end of the day :)
