The buff that the card Farseer got in the last patch provided Scoia Tael's Handbuff with a brand new (and powerful) potential! Usually in order to get full advantage of this card's hability you want to make sure that you draw it during the first round, or if not, trying to get to it through Triss: Butterflies or Royal Decree. Generally you don't want to expend leader charges in the beginning of a match but this case is different: buffing all unit with leader charges EXCEPT Torque will make Farseer, as soon as placed on the board, buff Torque by the amount of cards buffed in your hand and consecutively Torque will boost some other unit in your hand by the same amount, which is INSANE!
