This game really looks like it is using the same engine as Cave Story.

Back to topic, what the hell is this first of all.
I start with 4HP and a knife (it's not throwable, like in Cave Story. And the thing in the video is not the knife).
Then we have enemies, who give off a sound and a yellow '!' when he spots me.
And we have cameras monitoring the caves.
Gives off a little Metal Gear Solid feeling, and I like that.

Well, anyway, I don't know what to do now after I got to the chest.
For the love of Cave Story, someone tell me where to go next if you already played this! ._.
