15Hack these things with recon limpets to get data salvage.
Steps
1. Scan megaship with Data Link scanner
2. Scan Hackable Data Transmitter with Data Link scanner
3. (Optional) Engage Silent Running to avoid fines/bounties
4. Target the Limpet Docking Port and fire a recon limpet at it
5. Wait til the hack finishes, scoop any jetted data
