Hey everybody, IllogicalJJ here.
At first I wasn't recording but after bizarre things started happening, I hit record.
So let me catch you up on what happened prior to recording.
Last night I get on xbox and jump into an open crew server.
I started a few sessions looking for an active crew
Not much going on in Xbox so I try crossplay servers
The very first game I load into has crates on the dock so I stick around a little bit.
Its just me and one random guy on a brig.
The random suggests we wait for a 3rd and then do pvp and I agreed
Our 3rd player finally joins. And a notification pops up that our ship was restored.
I just put cosmetics on the ship thinking it was not a captained boat
So i remember thinking oops I guess I just dressed someone else's boat.
Then the notification happened again, Ship restored with X2 in the corner of it.
And it happened again and again. By the time it said Ship restored x16 I'm thinking
Wow how much money did this guy just spend doing that?
Then I realized that you cant do it more than once..
Then I realized we weren't even on a captained ship.
So That is when I hit record.

So we get a few cannon shots off and board the galleon.
Crew mates are running around preventing repairs I'm just watching the top deck.
Notice a decent amount of loot
The ship sinks and I swim to check out the loot.

I didn't notice this until I was watching the video
did you see that?
The chest disappeared
....
And then the rest vanish as well
I swim to the sink location, its not there.
As I'm chilling in the water I notice my crew mate appears to be dead and moving
Then I noticed he was invisible

and then another wtf moment...
and another....
as I'm chilling on the bow I notice some loot.
I see the chest of tributes and realize its all back so I hot mic the info to the crew
It turns out to be a lot of loot so I was surprised when it said there was only 16 loot and a grade 2 haul.
By then we go to the outpost to sell the GH flag and our crew mate seems to not want to sell the loot.
As we get to the outpost he leaves and the rest of the session was pretty normal.
I know a lot of people will say this is hacking but I really don't know for certain that it is.
So until more evidence is available on what's possible with SOT hacks I think we should keep an open mind that this could be the craziest most sus server of all time. Anyways It was a crazy experience I thought would be fun to share. I hope you guys enjoy! Thanks!
