Guys, this is a super cool collaboration that I did with Mike Vacanti. He is a strength coach and really know his stuff. He is also the personal trainer for Gary Vaynerchuk. I gave Mike a fresh updates haircut and in turn, he shared some tips on nutrition & exercise.
Cut:
Faded from a #000 guard from the neck area. I then faded and blended in the right side of his head. The left side was disconnected to a 3 1/2 guard. I shaved a hard part in.
Used Tidal Wave & Talc to style.
