** Level Information **

Another one of those exemplary levels that showcase how Valve are masters at using the same location to maximum effect, turning repetitiveness into something that is enjoyable to the point you don't even question it. Exit 17 requires you to escort multiple citizen groups to the nearby trainstation to get them to safety, outside the reach of the citadels' imminent explosion.

Notable difficulties include a Strider fight and an Armored Personnel Carrier shooting rockets during citizen escort, particularly difficult on hard mode when going for the 'Citizen Escort' achievement (None of the citizens being escorted are allowed to die. To avoid having them die by the rockets, make sure to destroy the Carrier FIRST before going to the citizens).

It is not possible to avoid damage from the Strider. Make sure to charge up enough health before engaging, and make the few spots where you cannot get cover at all (some leaps are unavoidably exposing you to the Strider) as short or fast as possible. Once you're up the ladder you can avoid any further damage with proper timing.
