Half-Life Alyx: Cut Combine Recon Class Restored
159The Combine Recon is a cut soldier variant in HLA, the model is still in the game but without any textures. Normally trying to spawn the Recon will cause the game to crash due to animation errors.
Notes about the Recon from what I can see:
It spawns with a random combination of health syringes and pistol magazines by default.
It does not make any sounds.
It is incapable of throwing grenades.
It doesn't seem to shoot at enemies unless the player shoots it first, then it fires off a few bursts.
It has issues with moving around and gets stuck easily for some reason (Grunts are using the same animgraph and they run fine).
