This one goes back to 2010 by Ash_Link and is a multiplayer mod but I managed to run it in Singleplayer by setting SV_Lan to 1, I'm using the Gold edition of the mod which goes back to 2011, There's not a serious bone in this mod but lots of comedic stuff.
The mod is a tribute to Hammy-Bob, and many other mess-up mods that Half-Life has had, The weapons are insane like a NES Zapper, Sword, The Heavy Rain Jason sound, A dolphin Crossbow and Cardboard Tripmines, Scientists and Barneys speech was altered to be sadistic, black, and satire comedy and it is pretty funny, I enjoyed this one a lot, If only there were servers for this mod.
