OK so, if this looks odd, this is me cheating (!) in Half-Life: Uplink, which I've heard can't be done. Perhaps in the stand-alone disc, but my CD copy of Half-Life (ver 1.0.1.0, build 929) includes it as a Custom Game as a bonus. And guess what you can cheat in it. A few odd things: I have bound some cheats to keys, so that's why no console needed for me cheating theres. Second, I have the -dev parameter going on. Third, since I have sv_cheats 1 in the shortcut to the game .exe itself, I don't need to do the tedious console command and then change the map, instead I can cheat away from the very start kek. And finally, outside the odd demo disc and this version of the full game copy I have are the only legit ways to play this stuff topkek.
Yes, you're seeing a disc copy being played with Windows XP.
