Back with the Halloween 2022 month this time with another childhood favorite of mine, Spawn on the Super Nintendo.

I've played this game before on the channel, it was in a livestream, though I doubt almost anyone would be able to remember that video, it was also a playthrough and
I believe it was done in about 2018 to 2019, I'm not entirely sure on its actual date. Regardless I grew up with Spawn a LOT in the 90s when he first appeared, and
I always liked the character a lot, he is one of the few comic book characters who I've got a genuine interest into and followed alongside all the decades I've lived
under, I know his entire villains or rogue's gallery as some call it, and I played and pretty much beat all his games many times.

This game is his best one in my opinion, it has exactly the gameplay I'd expect for Spawn to have, a mix of beat 'em up with platforming using mechanics from the
actual comic books like the timespan that Spawn has on Earth before he has to return into Hell and face either Malebolgia or Satan himself, and he does has lots of
moves too, this was made by Ukiyotei and I believe it had a 1995 release, probably skipped most people's radars because it was so late in the Super Nintendo's lifespan
but looking back at it, this is one of the few Spawn games in 2D, and it works great, like I said he has varied moves, the levels are different too, he does is slow
in movement but he kinda makes up for it with the diversity of moves he has going for and with proper strategy and skill you can easily get him out of many bad
situations in gameplay as well. The graphics and artwork is actually quite good as well, it follows the comics really well on the look of it, and the story also is
original and fun to play throughout, I also think the music ends up being cool as well, this kind of Ambient soundtrack that they made ends up being very atmospheric
and kinda relaxing in my opinion, which is odd being its a Spawn game and its supposed to either be Heavy Metal or Alternative Rock in some form, as this is always
the music that Spawn has had. There is a lot of the key villains in this as well, the infamous Redeemer fight is here too, and overall this is a really good game I'd
say, I think if you like games like Batman Returns made by Konami earlier on the Super Nintendo or Death And Return Of Superman also on the Snes, and would like to
get to play something that is similar to those and enhanced, this game is definitely going to surprise you on that.

Its also not all that difficult too, most people claim many sections are very hard and all that, but I always had a easy and good time with it. I definitely didn't get
nearly as much RNG especially this time as I did playing Demon's Crest, so there you go, its clearly not that difficult, like I said if you know how to control Spawn
than pretty much its a easy ride through the game.
