RULES MISTAKE!
When a defender is lost or injured you have to check the current event card to see which type gets affected. The rules state that, "If you injure or lose an unspecified defender you consult the current event card. The card shows a chart of defender types. Take a defender matching the topmost type from the tired area ( or the ready area if the tired area is empty) on the board. If there are no matching defenders, check the next colour of defender shown on the card, and so on. “
