0Happiness is a choice, we decide to be happy, sometimes it comes easy to us and other times it is harder than we want it to be. We can't let Magic the gathering or events in our lives decided our emotions for us. We need to keep our heads above water, when it comes to our emotions. Being a full time youtuber and a full-time husband and dad, It is easy to let stupid things bug you. especially if you are bipolar like me. the reality is certain things must be done. Chores, paying bills, making food, going grocery shopping, shoveling the snow to mowing the lawn. So many things can happen. Friends hurting our feelings, being left out of fun times with people we care about. We like to place our emotions on things, people and events. Sometimes we make our emotions dependant on other stuff rather than ourselves. I for example struggle with FOMO. Getting the latest MAGIC set, that can bring me down. Or being forced to exclude myself from a Spell table game of commander. Or having to leave my friends because I have to do chores. These are things that can drag my emotions down. One thing I see people in general struggling a lot with to being happy is when friends have adverse opinions on political thoughts and things about MAGIC happening in the community. Sometimes people will retaliate with snarky comments, try and push buttons to change your mind. But reality is only you control your happiness. Happiness is a you thing, it's a me thing. it's personal to each and everyone of us. Now we can't be happy in every situation, but we can control our emotions and how we act upon them. Some people hate our success, some people think we don't deserve our hard worked rewards. and will act like so. It is our choice to keep positive in the mixed up world of emotions. We make our paths. We make our decisions and we live through the consequences of those decisions. how we grow from them is determined on how we react and respond.
