It's not a texture or shader pack, but a Raytracing/RTX resource pack. Defined PBR or Kelly's are the ones I use most of the time (plus Fog, Borderless Glass, Glowing Ore Pack Addons for them). It only works on PC Minecraft Bedrock with a high end RTX-capable graphics cards (NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20 Series and higher, and AMD Radeon RX 6000 Series and higher).
