Because editting with only free software is torture beyond description. Because she told me to share with her my "newest favorite song. :)" and the potential Caleb-like candidates playing on the radio at the time eg Lost Boy, 7 Years seemed like it's too predictably-me to cover them and/or it's covered by everyone else anyway...so i chose this because 1)since downloading the piano game i've been really digging their with-piano-only renditions, and 2)this was the only free song on their list that at the time that was NEW to me. Because i found the next-best-thing to playing a song on the piano for someone. Because the game separate 2, 3, 4 keys chords into 2, 3, 4 "buttons" so if i press only one button only one note of a chord--not the whole chord--is sounded, thus already saving me *uncountable* time (imagine trying to transpose 4-note chords *by ear* shudders) BUT transposing nonetheless takes forever BECAUSE I DON'T KNO MUSIC DAMMIT! (And because there are 5- and 6- key chords, so i had to transpose 2-key chords by ear which i suck also at). Because i still can't sing. Because even my rhythm sucks unbearably but with editing you'll never hear it. Because autotuning works better without autotuning ie you raise the pitch by 1% and just let the note become a little shorter without stretching it because such little shortening dont matter. Because reorganizing my room and removing curtains makes my room extra echo-y so i actually sang it without monitor despite what the vid lying-ly suggests. Because i can't decide what's more fun: finger-syncing or lip syncing X4. Because you can't hurry love. Because we found Dove in a soapless place

It was very difficult to finish this project as part way through I learned that Christina Grimmie was killed. I lost all mood and enthusiasm to keep working. Thank you Christina for all the motivation you've given yours humbly and your wonderful music that inspired so many of us. My condolences to your friends and family
