Because the only essay styles i know is either arguing to prove a point—and this vid's to be opposite to that since her targeted audience HATES pompous people. (hence why she did the Dear TVB vid to begin with,). Or, the descriptive, which is what this is, and it failed. Because she had 128 submissions: she said 10-60 seconds but seriously Caleb? You'd be dumb enough to think 60 seconds? Imagine a 128 minute video. Because despite knowing it must be as-short-as-possible i ultimately I thought it had to have enough to ~make sense~ to a viewer how i felt. Because it had to make sense to me. Because it'd naturally thus totally veer (despite good initial intentions) off from being a product tailored to her into being tailored for me. Because she already did me (us) a favor by posting 3 days ahead of the deadline she already had 40 submissions so i could have easily extrapolated that by the deadline (when submissions skyrocket) there'd be 100+ submissions THEREFORE i should have ditched the 60-second story and concentrated my efforts on a solid 10-second spot instead but nooooo i had to be stupid. Because she used it (albeit 1 second) anyway YAY WE LOVE YOU ASHA!
