4:13 Walk with caution along the ledge to get the secret. After you take the NANO, either try to land on the platform (carefully!) or just double-back.
6:50 You don't need to do this room, but it's good for some extra kills and a little more NANO. If you go in, the door shuts behind you... and you're not coming out until all the bird-bots are killed. Some trophies/achievements require you to kill a certain number of enemies with one shot or in a certain time, so this may well be a good place to try for some of them.
13:23 There's a NANO box in the broken elevator shaft. Position yourself so you can dash into it, then immediately backdash out.
17:53 After your welcoming party is sent on their way, go around and look for NANO before entering the door.
