I am wondering what it takes to get a perfect 1.000 on a level. I'm guessing take zero damage, get all the NANO? Playing on higher difficulties does seem to help your score.
The smartgun gets abused a lot on this stage. A good charged shot can annihilate a Flash.

37:20 Here comes Atlas. Boy, does he look pissed. Oh well... this is not a problem. Take out your smartgun or RPG launcher to knock those pieces of armor off him. When he sends out all those bird-bots, make sure to thin the herd out before you start picking on him again. Keep your distance from Atlas... not that I've gotten too close, but I wouldn't want to know what'd happen. He'd probably smash you instantly in that case.
On his last form, keep him in sight at all times. When he is raising his hand you better be ready to side-dash... his fireball will mess you up. Pelt him with smartgun and RPG fire until he falls for the last time.
