I’m not saying you should be a 🏴‍☠️ BUT… if you want custom themes for a 3DS it’s going to be pretty hard to get them these days without modding your system. I just got this black and blue XL from a thrift store and immediately did the 3DS Hacks Guide recommended procedures. The system had an old enough firmware that I was able to use the sound editor exploit.
