Hauppauge is claiming that my "slow internet" is the reason why their StreamEez software is having constant disconnect, lag, pixelation, and microphone pitch changing issues.

Yet here I am, on OBS, streaming at 3 mbps and 720p and ZERO issues. But yea, totally my internet right guys?

Disgusting when companies instantly blame the end user for issues on THEIR END!
