Nintendo have apparently finally begun making (small) fixes to the quality of their N64 emulation on the Switch.
Small fixes in version update 1.2.0 include:
▸ Improved Ocarina of Time Shadow Link water reflection.
▸ Input lag reduced by around 20ms (previously around 40ms).
According to dataminer LuigiBlood, Switch Online’s latest update has not made any changes to the game roms themselves.

▸ Banjo-Kazooie is now available
▸ The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask coming next month.
