HAWKEN is a free-to-play, multiplayer PC game that places you inside a mechanized war machine on the battlefield of a dystopian world.

This strategic, fast-paced, first-person shooter features incredible alien landscapes, customizable and upgradable mechs, and dynamic gameplay across multiple competitive game modes.

The Mech Garage:

- ITEMS AND INTERNALS:
Purchase Equipment in the Garage to Expand Your Options in Battle.
After your first few matches, spend some time in the garage to check out all the equipment you can add to your mech.
Items are deployable equipment such as the Hologram and Shield.
Internals are passive enhancements such as the Deflector and Repair Kit.
To see the equipment available for purchase, choose a mech in your garage and click ITEMS or INTERNALS.

- TUNING:
Use Modification Points to Improve your Mech's Performance.
As you earn pilot levels, you will gain extra modification points.
Every point you use provides an incremental performance improvement to that system.
To modify your mech's systems, select a mech from your garage and click TUNING.

- STYLE:
Customize the Appearance of Your Mech.
HAWKEN gives you plenty of options to stand out on the battlefield.
Select a mech and click STYLE to access cosmetic customizations, such as:
- Mech body parts and custom chassis.
- Thrusters and repair drones.
- Camouflage, paint, and trim.
- Mech emotes and holographic emotes.

- PILOT PROGRESSION:
Gain Pilot Levels to Unlock Free Mechs, New Equipment, and Modification Points.
As you earn experience and reach higher pilot levels, you'll unlock more and more options for playing, customizing, upgrading, and tuning your mechs.
Every time you gain a pilot level, you may earn one or more of these rewards:
- New drones, thrusters, and camos.
- Access to new item and internal groups.
- Extra modification points to tune your mechs' systems.
- Access to a free new mech!

MECH PROGRESSION:
Upgrade your Mechs to Unlock Powerful Rewards.
Once your mech has earned enough XP, you can upgrade it to the next mech rank. Select the mech you want to upgrade and click MECH RANK to start.
Rank upgrades are purchased with HAWKEN Credits (HC) or Meteor Credits (MC) and unlock a variety of rewards:
- Alternate weapons
- Special ability upgrades
- Elite mech body parts
- Elite camo
- Universal item unlock (available on all of your mechs)
- Access to a new free mech!

XP TRANSFER:
Transfer Overflow XP to Other Mechs.
When you upgrade a mech to rank 5 and reach MAX XP, any additional XP you earn with that mech can be converted into Universal XP.
Universal XP can be transferred to any other mech you own to help you upgrade those mechs faster.
The XP Transfer menu can by accessed two ways:
1. Click the XP icon at the top of the screen.
2. Enter the garage and open the MECH RANK menu.
