Haywire is the newest movie from independent filmmaker Steven Soderbergh, who has a track record of very bold projects, sometimes utilizing non-actors in prominent roles. This time he takes MMA fighter Gina Carano, surrounds her with powerhouse stars like Antonio Banderas, Michael Douglas, and Michael Fassbender, and constructs an action film where the lead can actually do all her own brutal fighting.
