A new, inexpensive downloadable title that harkens back to the glory days of Wing Commander and Star Wars: X-Wing Fighter.

Jeff, Dan, and Alex have often pined for the days when the space combat sim was a popular genre of PC games. Their fond memories of Wing Commander, Freespace, and X-Wing vs Tie-Fighter are called into question this week, as a new game in that long-forgotten genre hits Steam. SOL: Exodus from Seamless Entertainment is very much in the style of those old games, but can it re-capture their joy?
