9Ranked number 88 (as of August 31st 2014 with a score of 8.31) on the lemon64 top 100 is Head over Heels by Ocean (released in the US by Mindscape)
Created by Jon Ritman and coded by Colin Porch with Music from Peter Clarke and Graphics by someone unknown according to gamebase64 (although Lemon64 lists Jane Lowe as the maker of the title screen). A Bernie Drummond is involved somehow as his name is listed on the game over screen but I'm not quite sure how.
This game is an isometric platformer with quite a few memorization traps which are very hard to twitch react your way though. The game has well over 100 rooms to explore as you take control of two characters one who is the upper body individual who can jump higher and glide through the air with his wing arms, the other lower body type can pick things up and put them back down but also can't jump as high. If you manage to get them in the same room just like the constructicons they can combine into a superior being and you can use both their powers at once, however you won't be able to get into some of the smaller gaps. There are also certain room obstacles that only one or the other will be able to beat on their own so you'll have to break them apart to take on those challenges.
