Last year, we met heart attack survivor and advocate Sharon Bond at the Woman's Day Red Dress Awards - and now she's the founder of her own nonprofit! The Heart Speaks Foundation aims to educate others, particularly minorities and women, about the signs and symptoms of heart disease and how to prevent life-threatening heart events.
