This is the third boss of the Upper Reaches of Knights of the Frozen Throne expansion free solo adventure. Her Hero Power is "At 20 Health, transforms all enemy minions into blocks of ice." Once she reaches 20 health, this passive is triggered and changed to "At 10 Health, transforms all enemy minions into blocks of ice." The Hero Power is triggered again when she is down to 10 health and changes to Deal 2 damage.

"Blocks of ice" is a minion on your board with neither attack nor health. It is basically useless and occupies your board. You have 4 such Blocks of Ice to start with. Therefore, if you have 3 other minions on board when Sindragnosa turns 20 health, you will end with 7 Blocks of Ice and cannot summon minions for the rest of the game!

Also, she sometimes casts a spell that deals 3 damage to you for each spell in your hand. Therefore, better use a deck with less spells.

To beat her, try to have all your minions killed by trading with her minions when her health is near 20. Then use weapon, spell or Hero Power to get her health down to 20. Repeat again when she is near 10 health.

Once you beat all three bosses of the Upper Reaches, you are rewarded a Kights of the Frozen Throne pack.
