0Polish studio Perimeter Games has announced HeatWave, a non-linear sandbox strategy game set in Alaska during a climate disaster in 2080. The conflict unfolds after Russia, together with China, decides to seize Alaska. Locals who do not agree with this state of affairs are fighting back the aggressors.
Players will have to assemble their own rebel squad and provide them with the conditions for survival. To do this, you need to build camps, look for energy, food and other resources. Gamers will be able to explore the open world, take tasks from local residents, secretly destroy the enemy, set traps and sabotage.
HeatWave will be released in 2022 on PC.
