Recorded around 15 minutes of a SPUI in a save I was working on in Cities: Skylines.

I have Realistic Population 2 enabled, so there are parts where the traffic is either backing up onto the freeway, or the traffic is backing up onto the center of the interchange from the arterial road.

With timed traffic lights and using the lane connector, I was able to keep traffic moving on the interchange and the arterial road without backups getting excessively long.
