The Guard Dog Drone killed me multiple times... it sucks
The AR-23P is basically a long barrel version that use AP ammo, so you gain medium armor penetration.
However, you lose 20% in damage per shot (55 to 45), 40% in magazine capacity (45 to 30 rounds) and get 23% more recoil (15 to 19). Oh and you don't have full auto, only burst and semi.
Way too many trade-offs for medium armor penetration, which is mildly useful in itself, but since you lose out so much in firepower, you're just much better off for aiming at weakpoints instead with your ye ol' standard liberator.
It should have the same exact damage as the standard liberator and in full auto, buff the magazine to 35 or 40, keep the same higher recoil. Then you'll have something interesting.
