21st century space marine getting medieval on D'Sparil's minions.

In this mod I've merged the "Doom weapons for Heretic" and "Smooth animations for Doom weapons" mods, and then added some of my own tweaks and changes:

- Non-boss monsters respawn after a while
- The respawn delay is based on monster hitpoints
- All weapons now have alt-fires and a "Tome of Power" effect
- Added an assault rifle and a railgun (using borrowed graphics)
- Some new sounds from other games
- Punching monsters enables a temporary berserk mode
- Gauntlets leech a bit of life from monsters
