1. Don't be quiet during the draft/match!

Talk with each other, you can pre-select your favoured Hero/role, so others can adapt to you. Welcome each other, it creates a better mood for the whole team, which will result in a better gaming experience and mostly also a victory.

2. Clear things up before the match starts!

Draft is over, 30secs till the match begins, time to talk about your comb. Want to put up early aggression? Maybe postpone the whole match, because you are running a late game comb? You want to play a jumper comb, with the goal to jump certain enemy Heroes. Maybe you know the strength of your comb, others may not!

3. Tell others what you are doing!

Use pings or short messages to tell your team what you are doing or what the enemy is doing.
It is like a turn signal at a car, maybe you know where you gonna drive, but the one behind you doesn't!
Many fights are lost because your mates thought you were coming, but you had no intention to or other way around, you rotated to help, but your mates already retreated, because they thought themselves alone.

4. Don't abandon a lane to itself, soak!

No matter which role you are playing, keep on soaking the lanes. If you see that one mate of you abandons his lane and you are with another mate on one lane, one of you should switch to the abandoned lane, so no Xp is lost!
Many matches are lost because people stop soaking lanes, you get behind in levels and talents and because of that you start losing fights!

5. Soaking lanes is needed, pushing is not!

There is a difference between soaking a lane and pushing a lane. If you can't push a lane, because the enemy plays better or has a better lane hero, no problem, but stay at the lane and also keep staying in range to recieve xp!
I saw many player abandon their lane because they can't win/push their lane resulting in missing out at alot of xp.
Just stay and soak xp, maybe you can switch lanes with a mate of yours, which can deal better with the enemy hero at your lane!
Other way around, I saw many try to force a win on their lane, resulting into a death and many xp lost, just be passive and soak your lane, if you can't win it that easy.

6. Better safe than sorry!

It is way more important that you survive, so you can keep soaking lanes or helping others instead of getting a kill.
Don't chase kills, most times it is not worth it and you get killed, resulting in a worse position for your team.
