In this Heroes of the Storm guide I share my analysis of the current meta for high level play on JOHANNA the Crusader. I look at the win rates & popularity of each talent at Master level in Hero league, compare it to the lower levels of play, test the Hero myself and give you guys a recommended build based on all of this info.

Current Johanna meta is to enhance her staying power and disruption potential while providing some passive threat to encourage the enemy team to waste time attacking her. A fairly balanced Tank playstyle overall.

Of course we can only learn so much from data - you should always test and find what works best for you, the map and the team compositions. Heroes is a dynamic game and even the most agreed upon build can be altered for the better depending on the match. Use this information and the opinions within as a base to build up your knowledge of the Hero.

The Build:
Level 1: Reinforce or Regeneration Master (Knight Takes Pawn is growing in popularity at the moment)
Level 4: Laws of Hope
Level 7: Battle Momentum or Conviction
Level 10: Blessed Shield
Level 13: Burning Rage
Level 16: Imposing Presence OR Holy Renewal
Level 20: Indestructible
