Innervate and Wild Growth don't do anything on this level, don't bother. Shaman Ancestral Spirit and Mind Control Tech are much better cards to take.
Strategy: You want to try and mulligan and get Kel'thuzad early on in the game. Do not put him out immediately, You're going to want to bait the hook with some disposable minions. Drakkisath's command can destroy any minion regardless if they have divine shield or not. So you want him to use that up as he usually has it in his opening hand.
After he gets rid of that, you want to get a taunter on the field and follow that up with kel'thuzad so that you can buffer yourself. As you can see in the video, both innervate and wild growth does **nothing** so don't bother having that in your deck. Replace it with other deathrattle minions that will summon another minion upon dying.
I think a shaman would be a better build and casting ancestral spirit on Kel'thuzad so that you can survive a Twisting Nether which he has in his deck.
Alexstrasza is huge as well because you can do 35 damage in one shot (provided you didn't touch his principle health yet)
Another nice combo is the baron with sylvannas. You might be able to destroy one minion and take two for yourself.
2x Mind Control Tech are also very helpful.
