Heroic vs. Basic: How the Veteran System Works

0Every time a unit fires at any enemy, they gain XP, Getting the kill on a unit also gives them XP, but they get a lot more than just damaging things.
When maxing out rank, five things happen to the unit...
1. Faster rate of fire
2. weapon color is different
3. Increased damage
4. Self healing to full
5. Takes less damage
Earlier games used to give Heroic units faster movement and a range increase, It doesn't seem to be the case here. I can see why, though... Who would want to deal with a Heroic Juggernaut?
