In part 26, I had placed the mage's tome which unlocked the final level of the game before facing Eidolon. The level was called Eidolon's Ordeal, and it didn't take me all that long. There were some traps and jumps involved to hit the required switches. You will see my first several attempts at beating Eidolon, which were not yet successful. The next video will be the last in this series. Next up is a playthrough of the official mission pack at max difficulty, Portal of Praevus.

This playthrough is done using the source port, Hammer of Thyrion. I beat the game using the Assassin class at max difficulty. This is footage from my stream, so you may hear some off topic chatting. There were no limits on saving, but I did show a death counter on screen. I found this to be a very big challenge to beat this game on max difficulty. Some of the puzzles in world 3, Ancient Egypt, drove me to look up solutions on the internet. I could have brute force solved them, but decided to use the guides to save time. This is the 3rd and final game in the Serpent Riders Trilogy, where we defeat the most powerful Serpent Rider, Eidolon. Please enjoy and thank you for watching.
