As title suggest, after clearing Barbican and Mill of enemies (those Archers are tough for early phases of game), i found that i need two keys. A Castle Key (needed for entering deeper into that castle) and a Mill Key (needed for entering that Mill in order for grinding a Loric Bones into dust in order to obtain Transmutate Mithrill Potion - i saw that wall, where to use it).
