So the last few years have been tough on everyone. I'm not exactly sure what I was trying to say in this video, I sorta ramble a bit, but as I've been pretty down and depressed as of late, I had to get something up to explain. I never bring up my personal issues on this channel, but I had to get this off my chest....
Everyone suffers from depression, anxiety, stress, in their own ways. Someone may relate to your experience, or you may related to theirs. Or no one may relate, but from what I've seen, that is rarer than we think.
EVERYONE gets down, NO ONE can be strong forever, and I'm here to let you know you're not alone.... & to remind you that several factors contribute to things like Depression. Mostly your situation, but people around you and things that happen on a day to day can also contribute.
It's all about be honest with yourself, and others.
The biggest & hardest part with that? Admitting to yourself how you feel. Sometimes you can't put yourself back together with first accepting that you're broken.
Mostly, try and stay strong, but don't put on a false smile. Try not to hide how you feel, obviously within reason, because you are not alone... but mostly, because no one can help if you don't inform them of how you feel.
As much as it'd be cool for maybe 5 minutes, we can't read minds. We probably wouldn't want to anyway after a while lol
