4Not a difficult boss, but the tight timing required in both phases can be very annoying, especially since you need it to have enough damage to kill the boss with HTR right after. In P2 you can actually get no-hit if you follow exactly my input on HOFI and HOO lol (I don't know why but it just works like 80-90% of the time). Getting 735-740 with this rotation won't be an issue.
In the beginning, you instantly switch to Hotr, use her weapon skill then switch straight to mech mode, wait until the 4th siren sound that you dash forward and shoot combo atk on the flower boss to trigger the Improved Authority ( this is pretty tight so make sure you time it well). After that, you do the full trio rot to kill it during the Super Timestop combo. One thing to note is that the flower will do 3 different kinds of attacks: Falling Seeds, Comet attack, or Laser like in the video. You want it to do the falling seed the most as it won't stun your Hofi and you will be able to do 937 time stop fairly easily, the laser will have moderate interrupt but you will still be able to get 937 if you are fast enough, and the Comet is the worst as you will always get hit and lose 1 point from it.
During the transition, switch to HTR then move forward, use the Weapon skill when HOO's CD is up, and then switch to HOO to stack up 1 blade level with her Weapon active, and do a full sequence as I did in the video. Very straightforward. For the big rock fall, make sure you always press W to let HOO move forward then use weapon skill when the rock nearly hits you so that you get as close to the boss as possible.
In P2, it's just a matter of whether you get hit by the lasers or not, so it's all about the timing. If you get close enough with HOO during the transition, you will be more likely to not get hit by those. You really need it so that the follow-up attack of the last HOO rot can get buffs from HTR's improved authority and Ulti, otherwise, you won't have enough damage to kill the boss with HTR later on.
