In Spongebob Squarepants: Battle For Bikini Bottom on the Playstation 2, during the Rooftops portion of the Downtown Bikini Bottom level, if you reach the end of the level and clip through the tower that is supposed to bring you to the Lighthouse area, you will find an unused sign hidden underneath the tower that details a game mechanic that is otherwise never seen in BFBB. The sign reads, “If you Bubble-Bounce this springboard, it will spring you higher than normal.” I can only think of one springboard in the game that does this and it’s the one that’s hidden behind the piers in Goo Lagoon near the end of the Goo Lagoon Pier section. But asides from that, this mechanic otherwise is never seen in Battle For Bikini Bottom.
