I was gifted this game. That said, I have been playing it for about a week now. Spoilers, the attrition caused by the game mechanics are very harsh and need rebalancing. Given that this works off a similar to a game I loved, Floatsum.

The added mechanics of time limits due to flooding, the sometimes heavy resource cost to move to the next area and having down time at the start of every section were you have to re-setup your key buildings makes for a harsh challenge.

I am currently not a fan but it just released and I want to see how the dev teams balance the game.
