Highlight: Warframe (PS4) - Short Talk about the "Meta" in Warframe
1Yeah I been thinking loudly on that stream - as I often do with my somber tired and quiet sad voice.
Due to how kill potential focused Warframe is in many of it's mission it leads to certain warframes getting shinier while other get overshadowed or rot quitely (some time secretly) in the dark.
In my case I was just thinking how Ivara - amazing warframe to have (especially early on) - somewhat don't see much playtime. That of course is not because I got tired of her. It's that it's very vital to kill fast and efficiently. Sure you can good weapon and melee and do that with her, but that's not her core gameplay and potential and that's true for many other frames.
Due to how missions are structured and game designed she just doesn't have a spot to shine. Similarly supports - which in fact are played but get extremely overshadowed are just another frame to have and add not much substantial impact if it's on a team or not. Their role is pretty much the same as the killer frames just because their importance isn't a factor.
