The trick is to Dice the Lulu, this is believed to be the highest chance of hitting your yordles. Because Lulu has 2 traits, one Yordle, the other is Enchanter, but the chance to get any other enchanter other than Lulu, is (Tariq) and that is very low on level 3, compared to the chance of getting yordles (Ziggs, Poppy, Lulu).
