One of the last missions of the game, Point of No Return, requires you to find Hill's Hideout Location. There are four different clues that you can obtain once you defeat 4 of Walker's closest men: Rosebud, Silverback, Flycatcher, and Yellowleg.
Putting the 4 pieces of paper together results in the following phrase:
In the isolated wilderness in the southeast,
The guardian illuminates the paths of souls,
Snaking between land and channels of water,
That lead to the cave guarded by an ancestral figure!

The Isolated Wilderness is Egg Island, located, Southeast of the map, The guardian that illuminates is the lighthouse right here,
The river that goes to the middle of the island is the reference for the snaking, and finally, you can find the secret cave here.
